We’re excited to welcome you to the MPSF Speaker Series! To ensure a great experience for everyone, please review our Event Terms & Conditions:

1. Event Participation & Responsibility

   • Your attendance is voluntary and you assume responsibility for your own well-being.

2. Photography & Media

   • We have photographers and videographers at our events, primarily focused on capturing the speakers and the overall experience. However, attendees may occasionally be included in event footage. By attending, you acknowledge that photos or videos taken during the event may be used for future promotions or marketing.

3. Code of Conduct

   • We’re committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. MPSF reserves the right to remove any attendee who does not follow these guidelines.

4. No Unauthorized Recording

   • To respect our speakers and fellow attendees, personal recordings or live streaming of the event are not permitted. 

5. Personal Belongings

   • Please keep an eye on your belongings! MPSF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event.

6. Virtual Viewing Option

   • ​All ticket holders have the option to watch a livestream of in-theater events for a fee of $10 per event. These Zoom livestreams are broadcast from the San Mateo theater – please refer to the calendar page for specific dates.​

   • Ticket holders will receive an email approximately one week prior to each event with the option to purchase virtual viewing access. Livestreams must be watched live on the scheduled event date; recordings will not be available.
